How long does a custom range bag take to make?
Made-to-order bags with pre-selected patterns typically ship within 2 weeks. Fully custom bags with your choice of colors and features take approximately 3 weeks to manufacture. You can track production progress in your account.
Where are your custom gun bags made?
Every Lynx Defense bag is handcrafted in Selma, North Carolina. We use American-sourced materials including mil-spec Cordura fabric, IDEAL Brand zippers, and domestic hardware.
Can I customize a rifle bag with my own color combination?
Yes. Our Custom Builder lets you select exterior color, interior color, zipper color, thread color, webbing, and optional add-ons like MOLLE panels. Over 20 Cordura colors are available, including camouflage like Multicam, M81 Woodland, and Tiger Stripe.
Do custom bags come with a warranty?
Yes. All custom and made-to-order bags include our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — the same coverage as our standard products. If something breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it.
Can I return a custom bag if I don't like it?
Because custom bags are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for preference reasons. However, if there's a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll make it right. We recommend reviewing your configuration carefully before placing your order.
What materials do you use for custom bags?
We use 500D and 1000D mil-spec Cordura nylon for exteriors, closed-cell foam padding for protection, IDEAL Brand zippers, and American-made hardware. All materials are sourced from US suppliers and meet military specifications where applicable.
