SHIPPING
We ship using USPS and UPS, and customers select their preferred carrier and service level during checkout. Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on carrier rates.
If you don't see a shipping option that meets your needs, contact us before placing your order.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We appreciate your interest and may expand international shipping options in the future.
Shipping time depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order:
Ship within 1-2 business days, plus carrier transit time
Typically ship within 2-3 weeks, plus carrier transit time
All orders ship from our production facility in North Carolina.
We handle all shipping-related issues internally and on a case-by-case basis. If your package appears delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact our support team and we'll assist you.
In some cases, carriers require a package to be in transit for a certain number of days before a lost-item claim can be filed. We will guide you through the process.
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, volume, or internal routing issues, and tracking updates may pause temporarily.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, reach out to us and we'll take a look. We're happy to help monitor the situation and advise on next steps.

Yes - our bags are lockable and commonly used to meet requirements in states such as California and New Jersey.
Our bags do not use traditional lockable zippers. Instead, they are designed to accept external locking methods that meet applicable transport requirements.
Fit depends on your firearm, optic, light, and magazine configuration.
No. Soft cases are not TSA compliant for air travel.
Firearms must be transported in a hard-sided, locked case when flying. Our bags are designed for range transport and storage, not airline travel.

Simply select the product you'd like, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps on screen. You do not need an account to place an order.
Orders may be canceled or changed before shipment.
Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once production has reached Stage 2 (cutting). Contact us ASAP if you need changes.
You'll receive email updates as your order progresses. Tracking information is sent once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account or our order tracking page.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible.
