Important Information

1. Empty Your Bag: Please ensure your bag is completely empty before sending. We are not responsible for any items left inside.
2. Clean Bags Only: Bags must be clean and in serviceable condition. Soiled or heavily damaged bags will be returned without retrofit and shipping will not be refunded.
3. Turnaround Time: Allow 2-3 weeks from when we receive your bag to when it ships back.
4. Limit: One retrofit service per order.
