From start to finish, my experience with Lynx Defense has been superb. Initially, I was skeptical about spending this kind of money for a bag. I have always cut out the shape of my gear in foam for Pelican cases, and thus thought a bag like the Bronx was a bit unnecessary. I decided to go a different route for my latest build and use a bag I could drop in an empty Pelican case to give myself a little more flexibility for roughly the same weight. FYI the Bronx fits *perfectly* in a Pelican Storm iM3100
In retrospect, I wish I would have done this sooner. The flexibility afforded me by the hook and loop fastening is awesome, and allows me to change my gear on a whim. The straps hold the firearm snugly, but don't get in the way of removing it from the case in a hurry is need be. The padding is thick and present on every side of the bag, unlike most cheaper bags that only have a paltry amount on the long sides. The stitching, fabric, and every bit of worksmanship is superb. The bag isn't cheap but worth every penny. In fact, I was so impressed, that I also ordered a second bag in a different size (the Bureau), and was just as impressed! I now have two bags that I can drop in cases to fly with, or I can take just the bag to range with me and have all the gear I need in one package.
You won't regret buying one.
I bought the Bronx bag to carry a JP-5 and it's a perfect fit. Holds the gun securely and gives me plenty of space to add a handgun and a Dead-Air Mojave 9 in separate holders that attach inside the bag.
The overall design is understated and discreet, which I prefer, and the quality of the materials used is top notch. I like the fairly firm construction of the bag perimeter which gives you a stable workspace as you take things in and out.
All of this, and it's made by American workers here in the USA. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this product and I highly recommend Lynx Defense.
The Bronx is exactly what I hoped it would be. First, the quality of the craftsmanship was first-rate. From the materials used, to the sewing, everything was perfect. Next, I wanted a case that can come in and out of hotels when I am travelling without inducing panic. While I have yet to travel with the case, I am confident that the Bronx will not cause the aforementioned panic. Lastly, I really appreciate buying from an American company. I am tired of supporting other countries at the expense of our workers. An American company supporting American workers will always find a buyer in me. Well done, and please keep up the good work!
Great build quality, which is refreshing after wasting $40 on a cheap tac rifle bag and having the zipper blow out of it. This is my second from Lynx and I'm very pleased with both of them. Top shelf products- US made.
Top Tier Gear!
Some might say I have an obsession with high quality bags, packs and luggage. My brands of preference are Tom Bhin, Red Oxx and Mystery Ranch. None of these top tier brands produce rifle cases so when it came time to replace my old case I did some research and found Lynx Defense which is based and makes their products in my home state of North Carolina. The reviews sounded promising so I ordered a Bronx case.
The shipping was FAST. The second I opened the package I could see this product was made with the materials and craftsmanship that is on par, or better than products from Tom Bhin, Red Oxx and Mystery Ranch.
After a trip to a local range and a 2 day out of state carbine course, my impressions of this product are the same. Outstanding quality. I also appreciate the discreet look of the Bronx case.

Love this case. positive feedback if ever helped is that I am left handed so wish the handle, shoulder strap, were on the opposite side of case or the tabs were there to switch relative to the fixed zipper.
Beautiful case, just like the smaller The byte case which I have for my CMMG Banshee 300 MkGs and Stribog SP9A1 Gen 2.
The Bronx will be for my Colt AR15 and a S&W M&P AR15-22.
Plenty of room in this case, and just like The Byte, it is 12" wide so you can store 12"x18" splatter targets and smaller with ease without them getting bent.
The stitching and craftsmanship on the Lynx Defense bags is awesome.

Very happy with the Lynx Defense Discreet Bronx case. Primarily using it for a Henry Model X lever gun, was worried about the fit in a 36" case but fit is perfect. Will not be my last purchase from Lynx Defense.

I'm really glad I found this discreet rifle case. I live in an apartment complex and I don't like the idea of my neighbors knowing that I have guns. So having the ability to carry my LWRC to and from my car without raising eyebrows is very important. I looked all over the internet and I found a lot of bags from companies like VISM, Bulldog, and Voodoo that called their bags discreet but they screamed Tactical! The Bronx is attractive with the gray pocket for contrast but doesn't scream that it's built for a specific purpose. That front pocket allows me to keep 3 AR mags plus a couple of magazines for my HK VP9. I keep ammo in the storage pouch inside the gun bag. This mag gives me everything I need for my range trips without giving my extra space for a bunch of crap I never use and it blends in well.
I like the bronx the quality is excellent . The workmanship is made by people who take pride in their work. I have a pistol bag on back order I am looking forward to it. I recommend this product.
