Lynx Defense SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Lynx Defense ("we," "us," "our") offers an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that allows you to receive text messages, including both transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and promotional messages (exclusive deals, new product announcements, back-in-stock alerts). By opting in, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to the Lynx Defense text messaging program, you may receive the following types of text messages:
Transactional Messages
- Order confirmations
- Shipping and delivery updates
- Back-in-stock notifications (if subscribed)
Promotional Messages
- Exclusive subscriber-only deals and discounts
- New product launches and restocks
- Other promotional content related to Lynx Defense products
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website — whether at lynxdefense.com/text-alerts/, during checkout, in your account settings, or other opt-in locations on our site — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Lynx Defense at the phone number you provided. You may opt in to transactional messages (order updates, shipping notifications), promotional messages (deals, new products), or both, depending on the preferences you select. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though the actual number may be less depending on promotions and product launches.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Lynx Defense is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
5. Opt-Out / Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send the text message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
8. Privacy and Data Sharing

9. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers via text message. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
