• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• This warranty provides the exclusive remedy for manufacturing defects.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynx Defense disclaims any implied warranties beyond those expressly stated here.
For the safety of our staff, we cannot accept products that are:
• Soiled, contaminated, or unsafe to handle
• Returned with biological or chemical contaminants
Products returned in unsafe condition may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
