1. International Sales Policy
- All international sales are final. Lynx Defense does not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with all applicable import laws and regulations in their respective country. Lynx Defense is not liable for any orders that are delayed, held, or confiscated by customs authorities.
2. Duties, Taxes, and Fees
- The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or any other applicable fees associated with the importation of their order.
- Lynx Defense does not collect or remit international duties or taxes; these charges are determined and imposed by your country’s customs office.
- Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the order being held or returned to Lynx Defense. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Warranty Coverage for International Customers
- Lynx Defense offers the same lifetime warranty on products sold internationally as provided for domestic orders.
- The lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- If a product requires warranty service, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to Lynx Defense for repair or replacement.
- Lynx Defense will cover the cost of any necessary repairs or replacement; however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to their international address.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- International orders may be subject to extended delivery times due to customs processing and international logistics.
- Lynx Defense is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If an order is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Lynx Defense is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged shipments.
