What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Typically in that order depending on the cost and size of the product being shipped. If you have a preference please note that at checkout and we will try to accommodate your request. If you have to have a particular shipping method please contact us.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, however the purchaser will be responsible for all fees associated with customs and shipping. If you are outside of the United States please contact us to get an estimate on shipping costs for our products.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We try our hardest to ship same business day if your item is in stock. Sometimes that is not possible. We also typically shipping Priority Mail with USPS and ground with all other services. Packages are shipping from our production facility in North Carolina. If you need your purchase faster get in touch with us.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.) as well as PayPal. We also have our products for sale on Amazon and eBay if you prefer to purchase on those sites.

Ordering is simple. Locate the product you’d like to purchase and add it to your cart and follow the simple on screen checkout instructions.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may checkout as a guest. However creating an account allows you to easily receive updates about your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
We are working on a more robust return system but since we have so few returns on our products it is at the back of the to-do list. If you are interested in a return please contact us.
