Lynx Product of Choice: Pistol Range Bag

What got you into shooting?

Learning about history. Small arms became a natural progression.

Why did you decide to buy a range or pistol bag?

Wanted to stop using a regular backpack and find something more specialized to transport my guns for range trips.

Why did you choose Lynx Defense?

I liked the format of the pistol bag and the fact it didn’t scream gun bag to the general public.  The fact they’re made in the USA and will stand behind their product vs other companies at are solely importers that can popup and disappear overnight with unknown product support.

What bag did you purchase?

A grey Pistol bag. Most of my shooting is done with handguns and it works perfectly for that.

What was your experience like with Lynx Defense products?

It’s been positive. My job means I’m often transporting a lot of guns for photoshoots and engineering projects.  I’ve put a lot of weight in the bag and never had an issue.

What do you keep in your bag at all times?

Slip 2k carbon killer, ALG Go Juice(lube), lots of Foamies, Electronic Ear Pro, spare batteries, Magula loader, Driver kit and an old T shirt piece for wiping down guns.  The guns I use get rotated in and out based off what I’m doing.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned while shooting?

That you should never become complacent in your skills. I really enjoy shooting handguns especially because once you start pushing yourself to a higher level your realize how difficult and perishable of a skill set it is.  Shot timer and the paper doesn’t lie.
